Macaroni and Cheese With Tomatoes

Pasta Two

I've been missing in action, haven't I? Actually, I've been around, on your blogs for example, but I've been working 70-hour weeks and that doesn't leave a lot of time for playing in the kitchen. Plus, I've been playing in the yard, which has eaten up any free moments I may have had. So what do you do when you don't have much time? Sounds like a night for pasta to me. This was a great, filling meal. I saw it over at Coconut and Lime forever ago, clipped it, and finally got around to making it. So glad I did. When Brad came home, he said "We're eating Honeycomb! With cheese!" And I said, oh no, we're eating pasta, broccoli, onions, garlic, cheddar cheese and tomatoes. Sounds good, doesn't it? It was. And I have Rachel to thank. Go on over and see her version for yourself.

Macaroni and Cheese with Tomatoes by Coconut and Lime

  1. Hehehehe...it DOES look like honeycomb! MMM delish!

  2. I am glad you liked it, it's funny, I saw the picture and though "that looks like something I would make" and it is!

  3. Oh, how I lovely crunchy pasta like this! I like to eat all the ones on top!

Like Thumper's mama told him: If you can't so something nice, don't say anything at all. Thanks, y'all.
